Plastic Bag Manufacturers

Author: Marcus Peterson

Plastic bags are used for a variety of purposes. There is currently no industry that does not use plastic bags at one stage or another in the production of their items, be it be in the final stages of packaging or during advertising the product through free attractive customized plastic bags.

Plastic bag manufacturers strive to make a place in the market by providing some excellent quality plastic bags in various designs and models. These are highly durable, resealable, reusable, and have other such excellent qualities to attract customers.

Manufacturers ensure that all the plastic bags undergo a quality check before being sent to the retailer or the wholesaler. The bags must be leak proof and must be temperature tested before getting out of the manufacturing company. Many manufacturers also make sure that the company logos are not faded.

Three major manufacturing companies that do the majority business in the plastic bag industry are the Ziploc, Hefty, and Glad. These companies produce plastic bags in all the conceivable sizes, shapes, and designs to suit the purposes of practically every industry using plastic bags.

Garbage bags are another commodity that needs to be produced in bulk since they are used daily. Litterbags and garbage bags come in large and extra large sizes for special purposes. Manufacturers now produce tie-on garbage bags and litter and garbage bags with handles for easier handling. Though most of the companies name their own brand of garbage bags, many are reigning in this industry with the standard and large size garbage bags with little alterations done to them.

Manufacturers that cater to shops are producing knapsack kinds of carry bags and other fashionable kinds of bags to beat the same old model of plain white carry bags with the handles on the top.

Manufacturers are definitely making an effort to produce different kinds of plastic bags to ensure the customers do not lose interest in the plastic bags and go back to old paper bags.
